NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />CITY OF PJtMSEY <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey will <br />meet in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 8:00 P.M. on July 8, 1980 to consider the <br />making of tarvia street improvements on the following streets in the <br />City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> Ail of the streets located in the plat of Riverwood Hills <br />Plat I and said streets are specifically named as follows: <br /> <br />a) Fluorine Street N.W. lying between 177th Lane N.W. <br /> and 179th Lane N.W. (C.S;A.H. #7) <br />b) ErkiumStreet N.W. lying between 177th Avenue N.W. <br /> and 179th Lane N.W. (C.S.A.H. #7) <br />c) Cobalt Street N.W. lying between Argon Street N.W. <br /> and 177th Avenue N.W. <br /> d) Argon Street N.W. lying in the Southwest quarter of <br /> Section 1, Township 32, Range 25 lying South of <br /> 177th Avenue N.W. <br />e) 177th Lane N.W. lying between Fluorine Street N.W. <br /> and ErkiumStreet N.W. <br />f) 177th Avenue N.W. lying between ErkiumStreet N.W. <br /> and Cobalt Street N.W. <br /> g) 177th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of <br /> Section 1, Township 32, Range 25 lying East of Cobalt <br /> Street N.W. <br /> <br />Ail of the above streets are located in the: <br /> <br />West Half of Section 1, Township 32, Range 25. <br /> <br /> The area proposed to be assessed is the property abutting on <br />each of the a%ove described streets. <br /> <br />The estimated cost of such improvement is $80,875. <br /> <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the <br />proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />Dated: June 25, 1980 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
