I'm <br />forwarding to you copies of the above .City Codes inasmuch as I under- <br />stand you rent the property that Mr. Barnes uses for his hog feed_lot <br />operation. <br /> <br />Consequently, you shou2d be aware that if l ir. Barnes does not cease <br />his pig feed_lot operation, remove the garbage and manure that has <br />accumuulated around his pig feedlot operation within fifteen (15) days <br />from the date of the letter sent to him the City will take immediate <br />legal action to abate the above violations of the City Code. Inasmuch <br />as you have a responsibility in these serious ordinance violations, we <br />would like your assistance in correcting this serious situation.
