I)[J.~IJ'IN(i OF G,\RI)A(;Ii ,'~Ni) RIiFI <br /> <br />! 10. ] 8 ] ACfS t;()l{l{ I I)l)l iN <br /> <br />No person, corporation, partnership, joint venture, association or other <br />form of business association shal] leave, place, throw or deposit, or cause <br />or permit any other person to leave, place, throw or deposit in or upon <br />any street or public place, or in or upon any vacant or private lot or <br />premises, any ashes, rubbish, garbage, refuse or other like or similar <br />substance or materials. <br /> <br />110. 182 <br /> <br />ACTS PEI~XIITI'IiD <br /> <br />The owner, or one acting with the owner's written permission, of any <br />private property may fill in or deposit upon property owned by him, ashes <br />or other substances whici~ are free from dead animals or vegetable matter <br />and other unwholesome or putrid substances or materials, if such person <br />has first secured in writing the permission of the city clerk to do so. <br />The city clerk shall freely grant such permiss2on, except where it appears <br />by all evidence that such acts will be a nuisance or in some manner be a <br />threat to the health or safety of the city. The city council in all cases <br />may direct the city clerk to grant such permission. <br /> <br /> <br />
