ORDINANCE NO. 80- <br /> <br />AMEN~[ENT TO CHAPTER 170.01 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 170.O1 ENTITLED "ZONING" <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ramsey does hereby ordain: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT <br /> <br />Section 170.0111 sub paragraph 24 shall be amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />24) "Lot, Minimum Area of" is the measurements of a lot <br />computed exclusive of any portion of the right-of-way of <br />any public street or thoroughfare for all commercial and <br />industrial lots and all residential lots within the Urban <br />Area. For residential lots within the Transitional Area <br />and Rural Area the minimum lot area may include the right- <br />of-way of any public street or thoroughfare having a right- <br />of-way width of 80 feet or less. <br /> <br />SECTION 2 EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />This ordinance becomes effective upon its passage and publication <br />according to law. <br /> <br />PASSED by the City Council this the 8th day of July, 1980. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
