Airport Study: <br /> <br /> Met with the Economic Development Committee on July 16, 1980, and reviewed <br /> preliminary layouts Of the two proposed sites. It appears that the General <br /> Mills property provides the most flexibility for a new airport site. We <br /> plan on having a rough draft of the Phase I Study complete by July 28, 1980. <br /> <br />6. 1980 Street Projects: <br /> <br /> a. Projects 80-1, 2, 3, 4, 6, & 8 have been bid. Projects will be <br /> awarded following the bond sale on July 29, 1980. <br /> <br /> b. Projects 80-9, 10, 11, 12 & 14 are to be bid on August 4, 1980. <br /> <br /> c. 1980 MSAS Project (153rd Ave. N.W.) - Plans and Spec's submitted <br /> to MN/DOT for review. City may take bids but award can't be made <br /> prior to MN/DOT approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
