Councilman Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80- 66 WHEREAS, Mr. August Peltzer is the former fee title owner of the following legally described property in the City of Ramsey: The South 394.37 feet of the West 524 feet except the South 233 feet of the West 328 feet thereof, as measured along the West and South lines thereof the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 32,' Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Subject to an easement for road purposes over the West 60 feet thereof and over the East 66 feet thereof and over the South 33 feet thereof. II. WHEREAS, in 1977 the Ramsey City Council passed a resolution regarding the metes and bounds subdivision of said parcel, the meaning of which resolution is somewhat ambigious and, III. WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council now finds that it did indeed intend to permit the metes and bounds subdivision of the above described property into two parcels in 1977 and does not find that an undue hard- ship will exist if this subdivision is not permitted and that this variance does not adversely affect the spirit and intent Of the City's subdivision regulations and, WHEREAS, the Northwest parcel, as Parcel A described below, has a 161.37 foot frontage on County Road #56 and a variance to allow a building permit to be granted on this parcel notwithstanding th&t it did not have the then required 200' public road frontage was granted by the City Council on March 14, 1977, and WHEREAS, the entire above described parcel is zoned B-l, Business District.~ and
