Council Action: Council action will be to approve/disapprove <br />said Deferred Compensation plan. <br /> <br />CASE #2: ZONING VIOLATION REGARDING MOVING OF BOX CAR INTO CITY WITHOUT <br /> PERMISSION; CASE OF E M L ENTERPRISES, 9349 HIGHWAY #10: <br /> <br /> Mr. Dave Hexom is the party who runs E M L Enterprises and he <br /> moved this box ear in without a permit. The City has notified <br /> Mr. Hexom that he is in violation of the City Code. He states' <br /> that his mover had informed him that he had acquired all the <br /> proper permits. <br /> <br /> Mr. Hexom wants to cooperate with the City but would like to <br /> keep the box car on his property as he wants to use it as'an <br /> office. Consequently, if we have him go through the site and <br /> design plan for a box car and his total business area we could <br /> conceivably get first class blight cleaned up. He operates <br />t~ mi'e rail road tie business On Highway #10 at the north end Of <br /> Ramsey.
