If no notices of intent are received by the Metropolitan <br />Council within 30 days of receipt of the proposed amendment, the <br />Council shall have 60 days to review by Council action the proposed <br />amendment pursuant to the land planning act, at Minn. Stat. 473.175 <br />(1978). <br /> <br /> 4. Adjacent governmental units and affected school districts <br />that have submitted on a timely basis a notice of intent to review and <br />comment shall have 60 days from receipt of the proposed amendment in <br />which to submit their review and comments to the Council and to the <br />proposing governmental unit. <br /> <br /> 5. If any notice of intent to review and comment is received by <br /> the Council from an adjacent governmental unit or affected school <br /> district, the Council shall have 60 days from the expiration of the <br /> review and comment period specified in (4) above to review by Council <br />o action the proposed amendment pursuant to the land planning act, at <br /> Minn.
