TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />RE: Board of Adjustment Information <br /> <br />Enclosure (D4-a) Documents concerning Moroz Hardware <br /> <br />CASE #1: REQUEST FOR VARIANCE FOR SELF SERVICE GAS PU~PS 'AND TANKS TO <br /> <br />STREET SETBACK REQUIREMENTS; CASE OF ~MOROZ HARDWARE: <br /> <br />Council directed City Staff at the Council Board of Adjustment <br />meeting on July 8, 1980, to prepare a finding of fact on the <br />above case for Council review and rough draft of a development <br />agreement between Moroz and the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />Accordingly, enclosure (D4-a) is submitted containing the <br />following documentation: <br /> <br />a) Proposed finding of fact <br />b ) Rough draft of development agreement <br /> <br />Further, Council members should also review enclosure D-4 <br />case #1 for previous background information~ which is con- <br />tained in your Council agenda dated July 8, 1980. You should <br />also review Enclosure (A-8) of this Council agenda. <br /> <br />Council Action: Council action will be as follows: <br /> <br /> a) Finding of fact - Council approva/disapproval/amend <br /> these proposed findings by motion. <br /> ~b) Proposed rough draft development agreement between <br /> Moroz and the City of Ramsey - Council action will be to <br />~$~~ approve/disapprove/amend this document. <br /> <br /> <br />
