July 9, 1980 <br /> <br />Owner Occupant <br />7232 - 152nd Avenue N.W. <br />Ramsey, Minnesota 55303 <br /> <br />RE: Ordinance Violations <br /> <br />Dear Owner Occupant: <br /> <br />After receiving several complaints from neighbors in your area, an <br />inspection was made of your property to verify these complaints which <br />are: <br /> <br />1) A bus parked in front of your garage, and <br />2) The junk in your yard. <br /> <br />Both of these items are violations of Ordinance 78-6 which governs <br />blight and the condition of premises. <br /> <br />You are hereby notified that you have fifteen (15) days from the date <br />of this letter to correct these unsightly conditions.
