July 9, 1980 <br /> <br />CERTIFIED MAIL <br /> <br />Mr. Dan Laws <br />14346 Nowthen Blvd. <br />Ramsey, Minnesota <br /> <br />55303 <br /> <br />Council action taken July 8, 1980, regarding Mr. Barnes' violation <br />of City Code Section 110.09, 110.17 and 110.18 in regards to Mr. <br />Barnes operating a pig feedlot operation on your property (North <br />east Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 32, Range <br />25 or just north of the Ramsey Terrace Development) <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Laws: <br /> <br />Please be advised that the City Council at their meeting July 8, 1980, <br />granted Mr. Barnes until August 15, 19.80, to cease his pig feedlot <br />operation as referenced above. <br /> <br />Mr. Barnes did faithfully promise the City Council that he would have <br />the pigs, manure and accumulated garbage and junk removed by August 15, <br />1980.
