Street: <br /> <br />No change on easements since last month. <br /> <br />2. .~mprovement Project 79-10, Tungsten and Front Street Storm Sewer: <br /> <br />No change in status from last month. <br /> <br />3. Status of Subdivisions: <br /> <br />ae <br /> <br />Flintwood Hills 1st Addition: Attorney sent out letter taking action on <br />bond. No response has been received as of this date. Attorney will check <br />on bond status. <br /> <br />b. Ftintwood Hills 2nd Addition: No change from last month. <br /> <br />c. H_H~gh Point: Contractor working on completion of project. <br /> <br />d. Barthel's Rum River Acres 2nd Addition: No change from last month. <br /> <br />e. Pineview Estates: An inspection of the project was made and several washouts <br /> need repairing. The developer has agreed to make the repairs. <br /> <br />Gateway North Ind. Park No. 2: Met with developer's contractOr and he agreed <br />to complete the base work and culvert installation. Council agreed to delay <br />the paving for two years. <br /> <br />g. Oakridge Estates: We are presently in the progress of getting prices to <br /> complete the work using the bond money. <br /> <br />h. Pondvale Estates: Preliminary plat was approved by the Planning and Zoning <br /> Commission at their last meeting. <br /> <br />i. Trott Brook Estates: No change from last month. <br /> <br />j.
