August 19, 1980 <br /> <br />CERTIFIED MAIL <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Hillstrom <br />Metropolitan Waste Control Co~mission <br />Hearing Chairman <br />1330 Soo Line Building <br />Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402 <br /> <br />Forwarding of Certified Copy of Council Resolution #80-?6 regarding <br />Metropolitan Waste Control Commission public hearing dated August 14, <br />1980 <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Hillstrom: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Ram~ey is hereby forwarding a certified <br />copy of Council Resolution #80-76 opposing the proposed time frame for the <br />second sanitary sewer interceptor service connection which will serve the <br />south east quadrant of the City of Ramsey as established in your Northwest <br />Facilities Planning Study, June, 1980. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey informed the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission on <br />April 22, 1980 by Council Resolution #80-24 that they were in opposition to <br />the proposed scheduling of the second sanitary sewer interceptor service <br />connection that will serve the south east quadrant of the City of Ramsey. <br />However, we did not receive a reply to our resolution #80-24 dated April 22, <br />1980, so we assumed they agreed with our resolution.
