TO: City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Building Official <br /> <br />RE: Variance Request - Michael Widhalm <br /> <br />DATE: August 1~ 1980 <br /> <br />I have reviewed Mr. Widhalm's request and can see no problem with granting <br />this variance contingent upon his entering into an agreement with the City. <br />Mr. Widhalm does not presently have a garage. <br /> <br />The City Ordinance would allow him a total accessory building area of 1488 <br />square feet (attached/detached) and this request is for an accessory build- <br />ing of 1200 square feet. <br /> <br />I will be available at the meeting to answer any further questions. <br />CRB: sb <br /> <br /> <br />
