CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />ACCESSORY BUILDING USE AGRE~gNT <br /> <br /> This agreement is entered into~this day of August, 1980, <br />between the City of Ra~sey, hereinafter referred to as "City" and Mr. ~chael <br />Widha~n, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee" in conjunction with the <br />issuance of a building permit for an accessory building of 1,200 square <br />feet at his residence located at 16900 Yolite Street N.W. Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Said permit is hereby approved contingent upon the applicants complying with <br />the following: <br /> <br />1) That the Permittee shall acquire a building permit and <br />comply with all provisions of both state and local codes. <br /> <br />2) That the Permittee agrees the structure shall be used <br />for storage of personal property and shall not be used for <br />any commercial activities. <br /> <br />3) That the Permittee agrees the construction of any addi- <br />tional accessory buildings shall be approved by the City <br />Board of Adjustment and City Council. <br /> <br />4) That the Permittee agrees to file with the County a <br />copy of this agreement which shall become a part of his <br />deed and shall be binding upon subsequent owners and heirs. <br /> <br /> IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused this Agree- <br />ment to be executed as of the day and year first above written. <br /> <br />DATE BY <br /> <br />Michael Widhalm <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />DATE BY <br /> <br />WITNESSED BY: <br /> <br />BY <br /> <br />~ayo r <br /> <br />City Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
