Stle noted that at the meeting, the Council passed a motion to just go ahead and <br />make changes without garages. She said she could not see where the Council <br />reviewed P & Z recommendations and she couldn't see how they came up with their <br />recommendations. She said the problem she was having is that the P & Z Commission <br />had asked for results after the public hearing before the Council made their <br />recommendat ions. <br /> <br />Motion by Ron West and seconded by Ben Deemer to change the Septen~er P & Z <br />Commission Meeting from September 1, 1980 to September 2, 1980 because of <br />Labor.
