AGREEMENT This agreement, made this day of , 19 , by and between hereinafter called "Owner" and City of R~m~v (name~of ow~e'~- (an Individual) doing business as (an individual), or (a partnership), or (a corporation) hereinafter called "Contractor". ~itnesseth: That for and in consideration of the payments and agreements hereinafter mentioned: The Contractor will commence and complete the construction of Improvement Projects 80-9~ 80-10, 80-11, 80-12 and 80-14 The Contractor will furnish all'of the material, supplies, tool's, equipment, labor and other services necessary for the construction and completion of the project described herein. The Contractor will commence the work required by the Contract Documents within 10 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed unless the period for completion is extended otherwise by the Contract Documents. Specifications prepared or issued by Consulting Engineers Diversified, Inc. dated July 24 , 1980.
