There <br />is no more efficient or effective federal program in terms <br />of re%urning services to the public. <br /> <br /> I hope that with the support of people like you the <br />Congress will recognize the need to pass my bill (S.2414) <br />to reauthorize general revenue sharing at it's full level <br />with no strings attached for another four years. <br /> <br />Thanks again for your note.
