Certain <br />participants indicated their interest in receiving a transcript of the <br />proceedings at cost. Such people were contacted subsequently to determine <br />their willingmess to pay such cost which were determined to be $5.00. <br />Copies of the transcript include ~Fitten testimony received by the b~VCC <br />during the period of "open record" which concluded at 10:00 A.M., August <br />25, 1980. <br /> <br /> <br />
