This form is to be <br />completed and one copy.returned to this office <br />together with a copy of State Form 280 no later <br />than October 10, 1980. As a result of the <br />1977 Omnibus Tax Bill your prior year's levy <br />will be used if your levy is not certified by <br />October 10, 1980, per Chapter 423, Article IV, <br />Section S of the 1977 Session Laws. <br /> <br /> Please remember, the County Auditor cannot allow <br /> any extensions. Your must notify the Commissioner <br /> of Revenue of your inability to certify by <br />October 10th and receive his approval for any <br />,extensions. <br /> <br />This levy certification form is a statement of <br />the total dollar amount which the County Auditor <br />shall spread as property taxes for the 1980 levy <br />payable in 1981, excluding special assessments, <br />for your. municipality.
