TO: Mayor and City Council <br /> <br />FROM: City Administrator <br /> <br />RE: Council Old Business <br /> <br />Enclosure (.D2-a) <br /> ( D2-b ) <br /> <br />Documents regarding Meadowbrook Estates <br />Proposed resoluti'on for Council approval <br />Excerpt from City Code <br /> <br />CASE #1: MEADO~ROOK ESTATES REQUEST 'FOR FINAL PL~T APPROVAL: <br /> <br />Background Information: Enclosure (D2-a) contains the follow- <br />ing documents for your review in acting on this case: <br /> <br />a) <br /> <br />b) <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />Copy of findings of facts which Council approved of at <br />their July 22, 1980 meeting. <br /> <br />Excerpt of Council minutes dated July 22, 1980 which <br />granted preliminary plat approval. <br /> <br />Letter dated July 27, 1980 from the Car6er's indicating <br />there has been a proper split on assessments. <br /> <br />City Engineer's letter dated September 8, 1980 which con- <br />tains his comments on the plat. <br /> <br />e) Park fee in the amount of $1,580.00 has been paid. <br /> <br />Other data that we don't have at this time are as follows: <br /> <br />a) City Attorney's title opinion which may be available by <br /> the meeting date. <br /> <br />b ) City Engineer's letter may have some comments which will <br /> need action. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove <br />of amend. <br /> <br /> CASE #2: <br /> <br />' ::,v ¢',i, <br /> <br />CITY ASSESSOR TO '.DISCUSS WITH COUNCIL IN P~GARDS TO RESIDENTIAL <br />VALUATION ASSES$~ENTSNADE IN 1981 FOR 1982: <br /> <br />Mr. Wirz will explain to the Council the recommendation he has <br />received from the County Assessor's Office in regard to setting <br />residential valuation assessments in 1981 for 1982. <br /> <br /> <br />
