PUBLIC HEARING <br />Board of Adjustment <br /> City of Ramsey <br />Anoka County <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the Ramsey City Council held a <br />public hearing regarding request for variance on accessory building; case of <br />Mr. Michael Widhalm, 16900 Yolite Street N.W., on August 26, 1980, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilman Sorteberg <br />Councilman Mickelson <br />Councilman Cox <br /> <br />Councilman Mickelson called the meeting to order at 7:40 P.M. and led in the <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />The purpose of the hearing is to consider Fir. Michael Widhalm's request to <br />construct a 1200 sq. ft. accessory building which is larger than permitted <br />by city ordinance No. 79-4 Section 170.014B. <br /> <br />There were no comments from the public on this request. <br /> <br />Motioaby Mayor Camec and seconded by Councilman Cox to approve the Public <br />Hearing Board of Adjustment Minutes of July 22, 1980 regarding Moroz Hardware. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes-Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox. <br />Voting no-None. <br /> <br />Motion by Mayor Gamec and seconded by Councilman Cox to adjourn the Board of <br />Adjustment. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
