Corner irons be provided at all lot corners as required by City Code <br /> Article 170.0310 D.d. <br /> <br />2. A street address map should be submitted as per City Code Article <br /> 170.0130 D.m. <br /> <br />3. The temporary cul-de-sacs on 172nd Ave. N.W. should be enlarged to 100 <br /> feet in diameter as stated in our June 2, 1980 letter. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />The specifications should be revised to include the type and amount <br />of bituminous material to be used for the bituminous surfacing. <br />Also the specification should include restoration of all the disturbed <br />areas and placement of street signs. <br /> <br />5. A revised grading plan should be submitted as part. of the plans. <br /> <br />We have estimated the cost of the improvements to be $34,600.
