NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RA~EY CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAIISEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, Minnesota Health Department and the ~knoka County Comprehensive Health Department con- duct the appropriate testing to obtain all possible technological data in order to properly evaluate the problem areas above outlined. 2) That the above agencies determine amongst themselves their various areas of responsibility and which tasks each will perform. 3) That based on the data obtained as described above, these appropriate agencies above designated define the problems; propose detailed short term and long term solutions to the problems and ultimately answer the question: llay the adjacent residents occupy their homes without fear of adverse landfill consequences and continue to'live there as any other Ramsey resident? 4) That the information requested herein be supplied to the City of Ramsey no later than September 10, 1980, and that the relevant agencies, the City Cotuncil, the affected residents and the landfill owners meet at the City Hall on September 15, 1980, at 7:30 P.M. to discuss the information requested herein. 5) That a copy of this resolution be sent to the City of Anoka and its representative be requested to attend the September 15, 1980 meeting. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Reimazm and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor.thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilman Sorteberg, Reimarm and Cox and the following voted against the same: None and the following men~0ers were absent: Councilman Mickelson whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 15th day of August, 1980.
