Carson said they were going to start taking applications shortly. <br /> <br /> ~otion by Con~cilm~n Cox and seconded by Councilman Mickelson to adopt <br />'°Ordinance ~80-6 approving the changing of the present house size requirements <br /> in Paragrap~ VIII of Section 170.015I of the City Code to 960 sq. ft. for <br /> Ramblers, 912 sq. ft. for Splits and 720 sq. ft. for t~o-story homes, all <br /> with no garages, and 768 sq. ft, for a rambler with a minimum of 440 sq. ft. <br /> gara ge. <br /> <br /> 1,~otion carried.
