It would be the homeowner's responsibility <br />to extend existing bituminous or concrete driveways to match the street. <br /> <br />Storm Drainage ~mprovement: <br /> <br />To improve the existing drainage system it is proposed to install four cross <br />street culverts as shown on Exhibit A. It is also proposed to clean the ditch <br />along the west end of 154th Lane to eliminate flooding of the street. <br /> <br />Some existing driveways presently do not have driveway culverts.
