The use of any land within the Scenic River Land Use District; the size and shape of lots; the use and location of structures on lots; the installation a_nd maintenance of water supply and waste disposal facilities; the filling, grading, lagooning, or dredging of a~ff river area; the cutting of vegetation or alteration of the natural topography within the district; and the subdivision of land shall be in full complisnnce with the terms of this ordinance and other applic- able regulations.' Permits from the zoning authority are re- quired by this ordinance a~nd other applicable ordinances, for the construction of buildings, public or private water supply and sewage treatment systems, the grading and filling.of the natural topography, and erection of signs within the Scenic River Land Use District of the Rum River. 170.O7].5 Definitions. For the purpose of this ordinance, certain terms and words are de£ined as follows: 170.O73.51 "Agricultural Use" means the use of land for the production of food or £iber, their storage on the area, and/or the raising thereon of domestic pets' and domestic farm animals. 170.073.52 "Bluff line" means a line along the top of a slope connect- ing the points at which the slope of ~and becomes more than 12%. This applies to those slopes withf_n the la_nd use dis- trict which are beyond the setback provisions from the ordinary high water level. 170.073.53 "Building Line" means that line measured across the width of the lot at the point where the main structure is placed in accords~nce with setback provisions. 170.073.54 "Campgrouund" means an area accessible by vehicle a_nd con- tanning campsites or camping sputs for tents and trailer cramping.
