STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF ANOKA BEFORE ANOKA COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS In Re: Petition for Partial Abandonment of County Ditch No. 43 and Setting Out Certain Properties From Said Drainage System TO: THE HONORABLE BOARD OF COUNTY CO~L~ISSIONERS OF ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The undersigned Petitioner respectfully represents and states as follows: 1. That this Petition is brought pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Section 106.651, as amended. 2. That this Petition is brought for purposes of obtaining an Order of the Anoka CountY Board of Commissioners abandoning a certain portion of Anoka County Ditch No. 43 and setting Petitioner's property out of said drainage system. 3. Your Petitioner is owner of the following described lands located in the County of Anoka, and State of Minnesota, to-wit: The Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, except that part thereof previously platted as Flintwood Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota. 4. That County Ditch No. 43 traverses said lands above described as near as PetitiOner is able to determine approximately along the following described centerline, to-wit: Commencing at the intersection of the easterly line of the plat of Flintwood Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota, with the north line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota; thence South 2g degrees 12 minutes 55 seconds West, along said easterly line, a distance of 361.92 feet to the point of beginning of the centerline to be described; thence South 1 degree 05 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of 198.76 feet; thence South 74 degrees 23 minutes 11 seconds East a distance of 342.47 feet; thence North 71 degrees 50 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of 798.39 feet, more or less, to the centerline of State Trunk Highway No. 47 and first above said centerline there terminating.
