Planning Commission action on this case was to refer it to <br />Council for the following reasons: <br /> <br />a) The Mox's do not want to plat the ten acre parcel. <br /> <br />b) They do not want to subdivide by metes a~d bounds. <br /> <br />c) They do not even want to do a survey of the property. <br /> <br />d) What they want is a complete variance from the City's <br />subdivision code to build a second house on a ten acre parcel <br />of record. <br /> <br />e) The Planning and Zoning Commission recommendation to the <br />Council was that they would only recommend platting the above <br />parcel in accordance with the City Code. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove of <br />the Mox's request. If you approve of their request, you had <br />probably better have a finding of fact prepared on it before <br />you approve of it. Reason - Council has in the past several <br />years held fast on the platting of land.
