The City Attorney thinks <br />the City has approved of a similar situation when you granted <br />Holker permission to build a house on a 40 acre parcel prior <br />to completion of the plat. <br /> <br />GOVERNOR'S P~PLY TO COUNCIL RESOLUTION #80-77: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-e) contains the Governor's letter in response to <br />the City of Ramsey's resolution #80-77 (Please refer to your <br />Council agenda dated August 26, 1980 under Council Old Business <br />D-2 case #1 for Council resolution #80-77). <br /> <br />It appears that the Governor wants us to initiate the appro- <br />priate legislative action with the communities who are Unhappy <br />with the Metro Council's guideline plan so that legislation can <br />be initiated at his end. <br /> <br />CORRECTION OF JULY 8, 1980 MINUTES REGARDING TUNGSTEN STREET <br /> <br />IMPROVIdeNT: <br /> <br />The motion ordering the preparation of report for the Tungsten <br />Street Improvement should be corrected to read: <br /> <br />"Motion by Councilman Mickelson and seconded by Councilman <br />Reimann to adopt Resolution #80-66a Ordering Preparation of <br />Report on Improvement for-the improvement of Tungsten Street <br />RivlynAvenue and Front Street. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, <br />Mickelson, Reimarm and Cox.
