RESOLUTION CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING PURSUANT MINNESTA STATUTES, SECTION 474.0I; SUBD. 7b, AND PUBLICATION OF NOTICE WHEREAS, a proposal has been made to this Council by Alan C. Phillips (the "Applicant") to undertake a project (the "Project") pursuant qo the Minnesota Municipal Industrial Development Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 474 (qhe "Act"); and WHEREAS, the Project consists of the constructing and equipping of an approximately 30,000 square foot office warehouse building to be located in the Ramsey Industrial Park in the City Ramsey, Minnesota, to be developed and owned by Alan C. Phillips, an individual, and to be leased to tenants including Altron, Inc., a Minnesota corporation engaged in the business of elec- tronics manufacturing; and WHEREAS, Section 474.01, Subd. 7b, of the Act requires this Council to conduct a public hearing on said proposal and to publish ntice of said public hearing not less than 15 days nor more than 30 days prior to the date fixed for the hearing; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has delivered to this.Council a draft copy .of a proposed application to the Minnesota Coramissioner of Securities, together with all.attachments and exhibits thereto, and said application, attachments and exhibits are now on file with the City Clerk; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA: That a public hearing shall be conducted by this Council on the proposal to undertake and finance the Projecton October 21, 1980 at in the City, at which hearing all parties who appear shall be given an opportunity to epress their views with respect to said proposal.
