NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF R~SEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT ]~Y CONCEPd~: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of P~unsey's Planning <br />Conmission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 3, 1980, at <br />7:30 P.M. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Mr. Raymond Mox <br />request to place two hous.es on one (1') ten (t0) acre parcel or subdivide <br />by metes and bounds. <br /> <br /> The property is legally described as the north half as <br />measured along the easterly and westerly lines of the following des- <br />cribed tract: Ail that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 17, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, ~nnesota, <br />except the West 825.00 feet ane except the South 442.00 feet of said <br />Quarter Quarter and which property is generally located at 161st and <br />Armstrong Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />com~end on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written co~ents are welcome 'and shall be addressed to the <br />Ra:~ey Planning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303.
