I <br />understand that the Metropolitan Council's proposal <br />would permit some amendments to the local comprehensive <br />plans but to what extent, it is hard to tell. <br /> <br />If your concern rests with the Council's role in this <br />entire area' of land planning or reviewing amendments to <br />approved plans, I would suggest that you join with other <br />cities who share your views and contact your legislat0~s. <br />When you have formed a specific recommendation and <br />received legislative agreement on it, then you can arrange <br />for a meeting with me to discuss it further. <br /> <br /> S~ncerely, ~ <br /> <br /> ALBERT H.
