Under Policy 39, local housing <br />performance is a factor used in ranking local grant applications <br />for a wide variety of state and federal grant programs. <br /> <br />The changes are under consideration at this time in response to <br />local concerns about the current evaluation criteria and the <br />Council's expanded housing planning responsibilities under the <br />Metropolitan Land Planning Act. <br /> <br />The Council's Human Resources Committee invites you to attend <br />and participate in a special public meeting to review the <br />proposed changes on Monday, October 20, at 7 p.m., in the <br />Council offices.
