RESOLUTION #80- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the time the assessment for the improvement of <br />Germaniwn Street N.W., Parcels 3025 and 3000 Plat 89212 were known as one <br />single parcel and were, therefore, assessed as five (5) units; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, now Parcels 3025 and 3000 are in existance and ~nder <br />separate ownership; and <br /> <br /> ~tEREAS, it is necessary to allocate the five (5) unit assess- <br />ment between said two parcels; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the fee title owners are of the two parcels in agree- <br />ment as to the allocation of the assessments, as evidenced by their <br />signatures on that letter to the City of Ramsey dated July 17, 1980. <br /> <br />NOW TILEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />~OKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> l) Plat 89212 Parcel 3000, Fee Owner Sylvia D. Carter be <br />assessed three (3) units at $1,301.46 or a total of $3,904.38 for the <br />spec~ial assessments levied for the City of Ramsey's Street Improvement <br />Project #79-1. <br /> <br /> 2. That Plat 89212 Parcel 3025, Fee Owner Carter Valley, <br />a partnership and contract purchaser Gary M. Petrucci, Maureen E. Petrucci, <br />Michael J. Petrucci, Denise Petrucci and Ronald J. Petrucci be assessed <br />two (2) units at $1,301.46 per unit or a total of $2,602.92 for City of <br />Ramsey Street Improvement Project #79-1. <br /> <br /> 3. It is further directed that the City Administrator/Clerk <br />forward a copy to the Anoka County Auditor's Office. <br /> <br /> <br />
