The <br />contractor stated he would require one set of blue tops for fine grading and <br />placing the gravel. <br /> <br />Pay Estimates: Contractor was instructed to have estimates to the engineer by <br />the Wednesday prior to the 2nd Tuesday of each month. <br /> <br />Special Problems and Instructions: The contractor was instructed to maintain <br />access to the residents and limit detours, <br /> <br /> <br />
