c) Mining Ordinance: This ordinance has been adopted but needs to have more language put in it to use it. d) Title to River property along Highway #47: This has not been accomplished as .of this date due to Mr. Raudio having some type of a problem. e) Critical River Area Ordinance: This is still in the negotiation stage with the E.Q.B. and the City. f) Comprehensive Plan Revised: This still hasn't been sub- mitted due to the City work load. g) Airport Study: We have completed Phase I Of the agreement and now are proceeding along with the other parts of the agree- ment. h) Tungsten and Front Street drainage project #79-10: This is schedtuled for public hearing October 14, 1980. i) Installation of Signs Street: This project has been com- pleted by our City Street Crew. j) Titterud Park Improvement: This project has been com- pleted since my report on July 22, 1980. k) Grading Forest Hideaway Park: This project has not been completed as of this date. ~1) Additional Hockey Rink at Ramsey School: This project should be completed this coming weekend. m) R~nsey Policy Manual: This has not been completed due to lack of time. n) Industrial Blvd. Extension: The acquiring of the Schenk property hasn't been completed as of this date. I think A1 Sorteberg is working on this project. o) Land at City Hall: Acquiring additional land at City Hall still is being negotiated. (Sorteberg and Reimann) p) Survey for Cable TV: We will have that completed this week or the first of next week. This is a new project. q) City Brochure: We haven't had any feed back on what is happening on this issue. r) Legislation: The following are important legislative issues Council was going to follow up on this year for the 1981 legislative session: 1) Changing state laws regarding property tax relief for commercial and industrial land and buildings,
