For Rivlyn Avenue the standard section would consist of a 31 foot wide street with concrete curb and gutter as shown on plate no. RT501 and for Tungsten and Front Streets it would consist of a 41 foot wide street as shown on plate.no. RT504. Estimated costs for the ultimate streets are shown in Tables I and II along with proposed assessments for a typical lot 1OD feet in width. Due to the large variation in lot sizes it is proposed to assess the streets on a front foot basis. As an alternate to the ultimate street sections the City may wish to consider the proposed suburban street section as shown on Exhibit B for Tun§sten and Front Streets. For Rivlyn Avenue, we would not recommend any improvement other than the drainage inlets to the storm sewer. Estimated costs for the proposed suburban streets are shown in Table III.
