At that meeting the residents asked several questions re- <br />garding health and safety (.Appendix C), and the City Council <br />drafted a resolution (~80-75, Appendix D) requesting assistance <br />from the Department of Health in resolving the potential health <br />problem. <br /> <br /> A follow-up meeting was scheduled for September 15, 1980, <br /> <br />and the Anoka County Community Health 'and Social Services Department <br />was asked to coordinate a report to the 'City of Ramsey discussing <br />questions posed by the residents and the 'City Council <br /> <br /> (Appendix E). <br /> <br /> This report details the Department of Health's investigat±on <br />of the potential risk to residents from the migration of landfill <br />products into their homes, into the drinking water supply, and <br />into their yards. <br /> <br /> <br />
