Holker: 'On May 12, 1980, we notified you that your pez~nits for 6500 - 155th Avenue N.W., 15640 Sunfish Lake Blvd. and 15521 Coquina Street had ex- pired. In a telephone conversation with you at that time you indicated you would be a little later to reacquire the permits. To date we have been reluctant to pursue this matter inasmuch as we are quite aware of the current slump in the housing industry. If these permits were for new construction where no work had been done, we would not have any problem,s. However, as you know, they are for your moved in military barracks that are located in a developing area. These structures are not secured and are an invitation and hazard to neighbor- hood children whose parents have been registering complaints with this office. Further, the structural stability of the buildings, one in particular, has deteriorated considerably through the summer and should you decide to pro- ceed with construction, we will have to do a reinspection prior to the issuance of any permits. In view of the complaints and the public nuisance that does in fact exist you are hereby notified that you shall proceed with one of the following alternatives on or before October 31, 1980: 1) Remove the three structures from the premises and the City of Ramsey. 2) Reacquire the permits for those structures that are acceptable and complete all required construction on or before December 31, 1980. Unacceptable struct~Lres shall be removed from the City immediately upon inspection.
