Councilman Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 80-78 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING EXTENSION OF TIldE IN SUBMI-TTING CITY OF RAMSEY'S <br />COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka Cotunty, <br />State of Minnesota is in the process of finalizing its revisSd compre- <br />hensive plan, however, it will. not meet the deadline as established by <br />the Metro Council. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) It is therefore requested that the City of Ramsey be <br />granted an extension of time until April 1, 1981 in submitting its compre- <br />hensive plan. The City needs the additional time frame to complete all <br />required action on this document. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilman Mickelson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmen Sorteberg, Mickelson and Cox <br /> <br />and-the following voted against the same: <br /> 'None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of August, 1980. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />/ Ci~ Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
