This will be back on the agenda <br />October 28, 1980. <br /> <br />Council Action: No action required <br /> <br />LETTER FROM SENATOR BOSCHWITZ REGARDING GRANTSi <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-1) contains letter from Senator Boschwitz regard- <br />ing his office involvement in government grants. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to note the Senators <br />letter. You may want to discuss this at a later meeting. <br />You also might want to discuss it with the Ramsey Economic <br />Development Committee. <br /> <br />END OF THIRD QUARTER REPORT REGARDING 1980 BUDGET EXPENDITURE: <br /> <br />Exhibit "A" contains the third quarter report (July, through <br />September, 1980) regarding the 1980 budget expenditures which <br />is submitted for your review. <br /> <br />Council Action: Council should note that they received it. <br /> <br />ASSESSMENT ASSUMPTION: <br /> <br />Enclosure (D3-m) contains the following documents for Council <br />action: <br /> <br />a) Letter of October 13, 1980 Assessment of Assumption Agreemnet <br /> case of Kevin Lee Busch. <br /> <br />b) Letter of October 13, 1980 Assessment Assumption Agreement <br /> case of Jeffrey George Schmidking. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action is to approve of the request con- <br />tained in the above two letters. It means that Dellwood Con- <br />struction will be removed from any of the assessment costs and <br />the undersigns will assume them. <br /> <br />Bill Goodrich has reviewed and he does not have a problem with <br />it. Council should do this by resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />
