In prevdous discussions with you in regards to this matter you <br />imdicated your intent was to salvage the frame and axels for a trailer. <br />We did not object to this even though you are not licensed to operate a <br />salvage operation. <br /> <br />So as to avoid any further confusion in this matter, you are hereby notified <br />that the p].acement of any mobile home, except in an authorized park, is in <br />violation of City ordinance unless it is specifically approved by the City <br />Council. T~e ordinance further states mobile homes can be placed only <br />temporarily. <br /> <br />In view of the fact that an ordinance violation does in fact exist, please <br />be advised it shall be necessary for you to remove this mobile home from the <br />prenfises and the City of Ramsey on or before October 10, 1980. <br /> <br />Should you have any questions regarding this matter, please feel free to <br />see us at our office or call us at 427-1410. <br /> <br />Simcerely, <br /> <br />CITY OF R~C~EY <br /> <br />C{ayton R.
