En- <br />closure (D2-b). contains the following background data on <br />this public improvement project: <br /> <br />1) Map showing scope of project as being assessed at this <br /> public hearing. <br />2) Public hearing notice that was published in the paper <br /> and mailed to concerned citizens, <br />3) List of citizens/addresses receiving public hearing <br /> notice, <br />4) Costs to be assessed out to each property owner. <br /> <br />Additional Comments: Discussion was held at the last Council <br />meeting about the City picking up $9,648.16 for 16% of this <br />project cost. This represents the approximate amount of <br />benefit derived by the residences in this area that were <br />not included. This $9,648.26 can be assessed back to the <br />benefited residences when the City puts sanitary sewer and <br />streets into this area. We do have money in the bond issue <br />to pay for this temporary City share. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to adopt Resolution <br />Adopting Assessment for project #79-10. <br /> <br />b) Golden Eagle Estate Street Improvement Project #80-1: <br /> <br />The following background information is hereby submitted <br />as enclosure (~D2~c) for this project.
