ADDEND~ TO COUNCIL OLD BUSINESS <br /> <br />CASE #11: P~QUEST FOR ADDITIONAL FUNDING IN THE AMOUNT OF $300 TO COM- <br /> <br />CASE #12: <br /> <br />PLETE NEW HOCKEY RINK: <br /> <br />Merle Mevissen, Public Works Superintendent has requested that <br />an additional $300 be authorized for the construction of the <br />new hockey rink. He states they may only need a portion of <br />this additional funding or none of it. However, he does want <br />the authorization if they do need it. <br /> <br />Counctil Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove or <br />amend his request for said funding. This additional funding <br />would be transferred from the Park Improvement Trust Fund to <br />the Park Fund by Council resolution which you would have to <br />adopt at this meeting. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF PARTIAL PAYMENTS ON CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS 80-1, 80-2, <br />80~3, 80£~ 80-6, 80-8~ 80~9, 80'-10~ 8021i, 80-12, 80213', and <br /> <br />90-14: <br /> <br />It is requested Council authorize partial payment on the follow- <br />ing construction projects: <br /> <br />a) C~ty Engineer's letter dated October 8, 1980 request- <br />ing partial payment on the following construction projects <br />80-1, 80-2, 80-3, 80-4, 80-6 and'80-8 in:the amount of <br />$34,796.58. <br /> <br />b) City Engineer's letter dated October 8, 1980 request- <br />ing partial payment on the following construction projects <br />80-9, 80-10, 80-11, 80-~2 and 80-14 in the amount of <br />$194,238.90. <br /> <br />c) City Engineers letter dated October 8, 1980 requesting <br />partial payment on the following construction project #80-13 <br />in the amount of $33~376.25. <br /> <br />Council Action: Your action will be to approve/disapprove/amend <br />approving the above request for partial payment by resolution. <br />(Total amount of all the above partial payments is~z~4-~.>~~ <br /> <br /> <br />
