RESOLUTION #80- RF~OLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT ~{EREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Ramsey City Council has met and heard and passed upon all object- ions to the proposed assessment for the improvement of the following streets: a) Ermine Blvd. N.W. lying between County Road #83 (Baugh Street N.W.) and County State Aid Highway #22 (181st Avenue N.W.) b) 180th Avenue N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying east of Ermine.Blvd. N.W. c) Halas Street N.W. lying in the Northwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range. 25, lying south of Ermine Blvd. N.W. d) Eaton Street N.W. lying between 176th Avenue N.W. and Ermine Blvd. N.W. e) 176th Avenue N.W. lying in the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, lying west of County Road #83 (_Baugh Street N.W,) All of the above streets_are tocated in_2he: West half of Section 6, Township 32, _Range 25 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL,-CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such proposed assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute the special assessment against the lands named therein, and each tract of land therein included in hereby found to be benefited by the proposed improve- ment in the amount of the assessment levied against it. 2) Such assessment shall be payable in equal installments ex- tending over a period of ten years, the first of the installments to be pay- able on or before the first Monday in January, 1981 and shall bear interest at the rate of eight and one-half (8½) per cent annum from the date of the adoption of this assessment resolution. To the first installment shall be added interest on the entire assessment from the date of this resolution until December 31, 1990. To each subsequent installment when due shall be added interest for one year on all unpaid installments.
