AGREEMENT <br /> <br />This agreement by and between the City of Ramsey, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />hereinafter referred to as "City" and Mr. Raymond Mox, 15960 Armstrong Blvd. <br />Ramsey, Minnesota, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant is the fee title owner of the following <br />described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The North Half as measured along the Easterly and <br />Westerly lines of the following described tract: <br /> <br />Ail that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 17, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, except the West 825.00 feet and ex- <br />cept the South 442.00 feet of said quarter quarter. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there presently exists on the above described parcel <br />of land a residence owned by the Applicant, and <br /> <br /> VfHEREAS, the Applicant now desires to construct an additional <br />residence on this same tract without subdivision the tract into two separate <br />parcels, and ~'~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the existing City Code does not prohibit the placement <br />of more than one residence on a single tract of land, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, if in the future the Applicant desires to sell one <br />of the houses to a third party the parcel Will have to be subdivided in <br />accord with the then City regulations. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY AGREED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES HERETO AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Building Inspector is authorized to issue a <br />building permit to the Applicant for one additional home to be built on the <br />tract of land above described. <br /> <br /> 2) That the new home built will use the existing driveway <br />onto County Road #83 and will not require additional access onto said <br />County Road. <br /> <br /> 3) That should the applicant desire to sell either one of <br />the homes which will exist on the tract in the future, subdivision per- <br />mission from the City will be required, in compliance with the City Code, <br />including compliance with the park dedication requirements of the City. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City, by granting the building permit herein, <br />accepts no responsibility for the future ability of the parcel to be sub- <br />divided, and when subdivision is requested by the Applicant no consideration <br />will be given to the fact that the new residence is located such that the <br />parcel cannot be subdivided in compliance w~th the City Code. <br /> <br /> <br />
