RESOLUTION #80- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF RAMSEY AND RAYMOND M0X <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Staff has been directed by the Council to prepare <br />an agreement withllr. Raymond Mox regarding the placing of two homes on <br />one parcel of land, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Staff presented said agreement to the Cotuncil at its <br />October 14, 1980 meeting. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY P~ESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, as follows: <br /> <br /> To adopt and authorize the Mayor to execute that certain agree- <br />ment presented to the Council by Staff as found in the Council's October 14, <br />1980, meeting agenda said agreement b&ing between the City of Ramsey and <br />~Lr. Raymond Mox relating to Part-of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter of Section 17, Township 32, Range 25. <br /> <br /> <br />
