Councilmember Kurak introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #04-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BASALT 'OFFICE PARK <br />2~D ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 3, 2004, the City of Ramsey, hereafter referred to as "Applicant", <br />properly applied for a minor subdivision to replat the following legally described property <br />located in th.e City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Section 9.50.05' of City' Codes alloTM for the-platting of three lots or less to <br />be processed as minor subdivision; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed and approved the sketch plan as <br />required under Section 9.50.05 of the City Code' on June 3, 2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, park dedication and trail fees shall be satisfied through Tax Increment <br />Financing when the two newly created lots develop; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the Final Plat on June 22, 2004; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, upon further review of existing drainage and utility easements dedicated as <br />part of Gateway North Industrial Park No. 5 the final plat needed to be revised to incorporate <br />appropriate drainage and utility easements to accommodate: I) existing utility pipes 2) ponding <br />l:br area deyelopment and 3) required parking stalls and maneuvering areas for the <br />office/warehouse facility that will be developed on the Subject Property; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the revised final plat for Basalt Office Park 2~a <br />Addition on September 13, 2004: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOIC4~ COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Basalt Office Park 2nd <br /> Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion ~br the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded b.y <br />Councihnember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />there o J:': <br /> <br />-211- <br /> <br /> <br />
