Councihnember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #04-09-XXX RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2004 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES WHEREAS, the current Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges was adopted by the Ramsey City Council on November 25, 2003, and amended on December 9, 2003, February 22, 2004 and August 10, 2004; and WHEREAS, the current 2004 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges, does not distinguish between commercial and residential construction for sewer and water permits; and WHEREAS, Council determined that the Sewer and water trunk charges amended at the August 10, 2004 City Council meeting,-needed to be gradually increased; and WHEREAS, Daycare Inspection fees needs to be added to the fire protection services fees adopted on August 10, 2004; and WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of September 13, 2004, staff was given approval to amend the 2004 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges with the changes noted. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: l) That the 2004 Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges is hereby amended to establish the following: Water Trunk Charge Sewer Trunk Charge Sewer Permit -Commercial Water Permit - Commercial Daycare Inspection Fee $1,577/unit $ 897/unit 1% of Job Value/minimum $200 1% of Job Value/minimum $200 $40/per trip The motion ~br adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the lbllowing voted against: and the following abstained: and the ['ollowing were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the l 3th day of September, 2004.
